We focus on assisting in the spaying and neutering of animals. As much as we would love to help with vet bills, we are only a small nonprofit rescue and we do not have the funds for that at this time. The Ohio Valley S.P.C.A. is based in Wheeling, WV, and serves Ohio County and its surrounding areas. We are a 501(c)3 organization.
