Areas Feathered Hearts Avain Rescue Serves

We are a private run avain rescue in Vermont. We serve all of New England and New York. We do not take in wild birds, only domestic pets.

Feathered Hearts Avain Rescue's Adoption Process

All of our birds have small fees associated with their adoption. We have an aplication all potential adopters must fill out. Once approved and a bird is to be adopted we have a contract that must be signed. All birds come with health certificates.

We are a family that got thrust into the rescue business by the desperate need. We take in any and all birds that are in need of help finding their forever home. We provide answers to questions from owners and advice. We love parrots and they are oft forgotten in the rescue business.
