Shelter FAQs

South Pacific County Humane Society provides services to the pets on the Long Beach Peninsula and surrounding areas including Chinook and Naselle. We adopt dogs out of area provided certain criteria are met.

Additional adoption info

We require an application, available on our website. Adoption requires approval of that application and a successful meet and greet to ensure that the pet is suitable for the entire family including other family pets. We adopt out family pets. We do not adopt out animals that will be predominately outside or "guard" dogs. We reserve the right to conduct home checks.
