Rescue FAQs

Houston Pets Alive is an extraordinary rescue. We create programs to save animals most at risk of euthanasia. Our goal is to prevent animals from entering a shelter, and for those that do, get them out alive. We are a no-kill organization.

Most of our animals are adopted in Houston with occasional out-of-state adoptions.
