Our adoption process starts with the adoption application. Once the application has been approved, the selection process begins. The final step is the adoption contract. All our dogs are spayed / neutered, UTD on shots when they are adopted.
Current on flea/tick prevention and heart worm prevention.

About MAR Mercer Animal Rescue - Pennsylvania transport
Mercer Animal Rescue came about from a strong personal desire to save as many homeless and unwanted dogs and puppies as possible while continuing to educate on importance of spay / neuter. We are a small organization whose sole purpose is to adopt and relocate from the overpopulated southern states to areas in the north.
