We require an application. References are checked and a home visit is performed. Placement Director contacts the applicant and discusses the dogs in our program. There will be two meetings between the potential adoptive family and the dog before final transfer. We require a $400.00 adoption fee for Adult Dogs and a $450.00 adoption fee for puppies. This fee covers vaccines, labwork, microchip, and spay/neuter.

Our passion and our mission is to rescue neglected, unwanted, and abused German Shepherd and Large Paw Dogs with the goal of finding them a new permanent and loving home. All dogs receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, positive training and necessary behavior modification before they are ready to adopt. These dogs come from stressful circumstances and are give a few weeks to de-compress before being offered for adoption. Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
