Areas Dog Republic To The Rescue serves
Dog Republic is a dog walking, daycare, obedience program located in Orange County. We work with approximately 200 dogs per day our on pack hikes and adventures. We just created a state-of-the-art overnight facility for exclusively dogs that we work with and because of that we have a little extra room for some homeless pups.
Our goal is to make the dogs we foster/rescue become more normalized, social, and obedient through our daily programs to help them become more adoptable and an easier transition to the new owners.

Possible adopters can contact us through email and briefly describe why they think they are a good fit for the dogs we have available. If chosen, they can come visit our facility and spend some time together to make sure it's a good fit.
If everything works out, there needs to be a home check and an adoption fee. We will donate dog walks for a couple months to make sure the dog is adapting nicely to its new home.

Yet animal shelters are filled with dogs and cats who must find homes.
So rather than buying a dog or puppy for sale from a dog breeder or buying a cat or kitten for sale from a cat breeder, we encourage people to adopt a dog, adopt a cat, adopt a puppy or adopt a kitten at their local animal shelter, SPCA, humane society or pet rescue group.
