Baja Dogs La Paz, Inc. is a foster based rescued group saving dogs in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. We adopt dogs to cities in the US and Canada. We handle the transportation logistics to get these rescued, rehabilitated dogs to their new home.
Our biggest area is the Pacific Northwest but we have also adopted dogs to places as far away as Toronto, Canada.
More information is available on our website at: http://bajadogslapaz.org

This is done in person with a volunteer visiting you or via Skype, Facetime or other video conferencing method.
We are an all-volunteer organization in La Paz, BCS, Mexico, and include local community of rescuers (called "rescatistas"). Dogs that are rescued from the streets are fostered in homes where they are treated as members of the family. They are often fostered with other dogs and sometimes cats and children.
Our organization encourages more in the community to rescue and foster by offering a support system of food, medical care, and professional training. As rescuers get involved, they educate their neighbors, family, and friends about the importance of proper animal care, spaying/ neutering, and thus help to break the cycle of abuse and neglect.
We are always in need of volunteers here in Mexico, in the US, and in Canada. Visit our volunteer page for more details about getting involved -- so you can help us make a difference! http://bajadogslapaz.org/volunteer/
Thank you for your support!
Our dogs are all in foster homes - but potential adopters can see them online at http://bajadogslapaz.org/adoptions.
We publish videos and we will do online Skype chats as well. If you find a dog you think you might like to adopt, we will work with you personally to determine if it is a good fit.
If you are near La Paz and would like to meet some of our animals, contact us email@example.com or come to our Saturday training events on the beach. These are held every week at 9:00 am at the beach in front of the La Posada Hotel. Take Mex-1 to La Paz and then toward the Malecon. Turn left on Nueva Reforma and at the end of the street is the beach. We are on the right.
