My Story

You will not meet a sweeter dog that Dolly. She is a 2.5 year old Pit bull mix who weighs 40 lbs. Dolly was found after being dumped in Oklahoma City. She has been in a home for a while since and is just the nicest dog.

Dolly loves her person. She is extremely affectionate and loving. She loves to play with toys and chase balls. She also loves her chew toys. She is loyal to her owner and protective. Dolly has done well with all the adult people she's met but we aren't sure how she'd do with small children. She will be fine with older children (older than 10). She has been fine with the dogs she's met.

Dolly can be a little shy and timid at first. She enjoys a nice quiet lifestyle and loves sunbathing in her yard. Dolly would like a home where she can be a couch potato but also get to go out and about. She is just a lover and looking for someone who to hang out with and give lots of love and affection to. She would love to have a fenced yard in her forever home.

Dolly is crate, leash, and house trained.

Dolly is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on her shots. Her adoption fee is $150.

If you would like to adopt Dolly and make her a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.

Adoption Process

Every dog that is rescued by Forever Yours is checked by a veternarian, vaccinated, spay/neutered, dewormed, heartworm/ehrlichia tested and treated if needed, and microchipped. We also treat any other illnesses or issues that the dog may have on intake.

We require an adoption application (http://www.adoptapet.com/forever-yours-dog-rescue/adoption-application/), a house check, and our adoption fee is $150.00.

If available, you will get an opportunity to talk to your chosen pet's foster family when you meet your potential new family member. This will enable you to ask any questions and learn all about your pet.
