Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Good Time Charlie!

I am looking for my home -- a forever home. I am friendly lap cat. I like to look out the window, and roll over. I like to groom myself and my foster mom. I think I understand my foster mom because when she asks me to do stuff, I do it. I LOVE to eat so my foster does not do any free feeding. I have not developed a taste for wet food. My favorite toy is a wand toy. Everyone who meets me thinks I am a "good time." I make them laugh. I am easy-going. I am currently in the lobby cage at Port Royal Veterinary Hospital (PRVH) getting exposed to cats, dogs, snakes, birds, kids, noise and chaos.
