My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oh my -- check out this cutie! She's a wee package, full grown at 23 lbs., and about 2 years old. She's squishy and sweet with people (everyone is her friend!), is playful with other dogs, and she even behaved politely when seeing cats at the shelter.

Her exotic brindle coat is so soft, and she's an intriguing-looking mix. In person, so many people see a bit of Dachshund in her face and long body! Plott hound may account for the brindling.

Kindle rides beautifully in the car, has no resource guarding or body handling issues, even letting the handlers brush her teeth. She also crates well. Kindle has already learned sit, down, wait, give, touch, and loves to play fetch.

Her first week or so were a little rocky with us due to her having pneumonia, but she's feeling much better now!

Kindle is a little sensitive to loud noises.
