This companion animals name is Violet. Violet came from a remote shelter that could not help her. Things looked bleak when calls for help were failing. The shelter staff called for help to RED after several other rescues left her behind. She came to RED pregnant and with grade 3 patella's (bad knees) on both side. She is incredibly kind and adorable. She has never known a day that she can walk completely normally yet she is undaunted. Her good will towards all is clear to see and enjoy. Her knees have improved greatly with exercise and care. She could live the way she is and do fine but knee surgery would be best. All children must be behavior appropriate with animals. (4) R.E.D. does not a ship animals to out of state adopters.
