My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This companion animals name is Violet. Violet came from a remote shelter that could not help her. Things looked bleak when calls for help were failing. The shelter staff called for help to RED after several other rescues left her behind. She came to RED pregnant and with grade 3 patella's (bad knees) on both side. She is incredibly kind and adorable. She has never known a day that she can walk completely normally yet she is undaunted. Her good will towards all is clear to see and enjoy. Her knees have improved greatly with exercise and care. She could live the way she is and do fine but knee surgery would be best. Please, consider making a donation for this surgery by clicking on the sponsor button. She is available for adoption to the right match home. She could also be adopted with her sister Lily. Violet is kind and sweet and enormously special. She leans on your leg and looks for you to show her the world. She is an amazing soul. ADOPTION DONATION FOR THE SISTERS WHICH HELPS COVER A TINY PART OF THE SURGICAL AND CARE COSTS INCURRED 350.00 TO AN APPROVED HOME.
