Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Andrew was chained up to a post outside an animal hospital in a very bad section of Los Angeles. Nobody would help him and his sister, who was also shained up, near the intersection, so when I received 911 call, I went to save them.

Both dogs lived with a family with children who then became unemployed and homeless. They gave their dogs to their family friend to babysit while they moved and the friend cannot keep them anymore ---
