Meet Sassafras “Sassy”-Don’t let her name fool you, she is very loving and not Sassy at all  She loves attention and walks well on the leash. She is a very low energy, calm girl. She is very gentle in taking treats. She came to rescue from the shelter and passed all the temperament tests with flying colors. She is between 3 and 5 yr old. She will need basic obedience as she has not had much training, but we will work with her too to teach her some tricks. She is willing to learn. She is good with other dogs, although the rescue typically does not put same sex dogs together, so in general she would do best with a large breed male if you already have a dog (case by case of course). We do not know about cats, but will try to cat test her shortly. She is current on shots and just got spayed. She is ready for a new family to love on her and have a soft bed to lay around on.
