Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Coconut is a sweet girl that was rescued from a shelter so her background is unknown. She is about 7 years old and weighs about 15 lbs. She is a spunky little girl, as most terriers are, and likes to make friends at her own pace. She can be very friendly, or she might just want to be left alone, but you’ll always know where she stands because she’ll be sure to let you know. Coconut is currently living with 2 other dogs, but she wouldn’t mind being the only princess in the house either (if you have another dog she seems to prefer males to females). She loves to go for walks and has learned how to play with toys, something she had no idea about when she was first rescued. She is very affectionate, but is not a dog that really likes to be picked up and fussed with. She’s much more content to jump up in your lap or snuggle next to you. Coconut would be a great companion for someone that has a quieter lifestyle and is looking for someone to spoil. She bonds very closely with her caregiver and can be a little protective of that person, although she will seek affection from everyone in the home. She does get overwhelmed at our adoption events so we will arrange for one on one meet and greets. Coconut has such a joyful little personality, she is hoping for just the right person to come along and love her for happily ever after!
