My name is Ziva and I am a 6yr old female Golden/Husky/Collie mix. I am a very sweet girl and love to be around my human family. I love car rides, going outside, going for walks and just vegging on the couch with you. I do like to sleep with my humans as well and will follow you everywhere. I am great with men, women and children. I love children and am very careful around them, I lived with them in my first family and my best friend was thier autistic son.
I have a little of each breed in me, I look like a golden and have the temperment of a golden, I have some collie and I am smart like one. I have the double coat and webbed feet of a Husky so that does mean, I do shed just like a Husky does. I also can jump over low fences and will jump and run, in my old nieghborhood I would go to all the houses to visit and yes animal control knew who I was. I would need a yard that has a pretty high fence to run in and or walks on a leash, never left to unsupervised to handle my own entertainment or I could get hurt running around.
I use to live with other dogs/cats and did fine with them, I did have food aggression with the other animals so I was just feed alone, I was NEVER aggresive towards humans. I have moved to 2 different homes to get into my foster home and this stress and missing my family could be playing a large part in my possible aggression/dominance issue. It has been decided I will be the only dog in the family unless you are very dog savy and can prove so. I get jealous if another dog gets attention, I have to show I am the Alpha and I am to big for any smaller pup. I would do best in a home who would love to dot on me and would be happy with me as the only dog.

I am an owner surrender, my family lost their home and sadly all of us pets had to find new homes as well. I lived with a full family with a Mom, Dad and 5 kids, cats and 2 other dogs along with me.. My family was very heart broken to have to give me up, they tried everything to find a way to keep me in the family. They thought they had one but it fell thru and I was left in the house alone till a plcae could be found for me. I am looking for my forever home.. Could that be you?
