This gorgeous girl is ROSIE a stunning Redbone Coonhound Lab Mix. Rosie is 2 yrs old, and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful features. Rosie is blessed with stunning good looks, gorgeous white teeth, a lovely soft shiny coat. She has beautiful soulful brown eyes that just melt your heart
ROSIE`S story >>>>This is a sad one Rosie was dumped on the side of the road a truck pulled up put her out and we presume she was told to sit. The truck drove off and Rosie sat for a while waiting she then started pacing up and down the road as if she was searching. A neighbor witnessed this. The neighbor called one of our fosters who went down to capture Rosie and take her to safety before she was hit by a passing vehicle. Several attempts to find Rosie's owner were unsuccessful we did not think anyone would come forward but we had to try. After a month Rosie was legally ours. We could not take this sweet girl to the shelter so we made her a new intake. We have evaluated Rosie she is a happy girl and fits in well with the others. Rosie loves to run and play with the other dogs She has a lot of energy and at times can be Hyper she loves to run, play, anything energetic and Rosie is there, a chance to run and play she gets excited. She is also very loving and submissive.
We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for Rosie. A home that will give her stability and security she needs Rosie has just blossomed in the time she has been with us she is certainly a favorite.This girl is so lovable she deserves a family that will give her the love and attention she needs.Rosie will warm to you and just melt your heart. She loves to be around humans and will follow you around, she loves to go for walks, she does pull a little on the leash, she will come when called. She has been taught some commands sit, down stay and we are working on others , she is energetic, fun and playful. she loves car rides and she is excellent in the car. Rosie is house trained she will go to the door when she needs potty at the moment she is in a routine with her foster and is taken out regularly, She is intelligent and smart and will easily pick up your routine.
Rosie is energetic so a family that does not work long hours would be perfect. We have not crated Rosie crating would not work for this girl.At night time she will sleep on a sofa or a bed however she just loves to sleep on your bed she loves to be close to her humans a typical Velcro girl.
its so hard not to fall in love with this girl And its very difficult to find anything negative to say about her apart from the fact she will jump on you she does get excited when she sees you and we have noticed a little inappropriate chewing at times we have been working on that and she is much better but it does need some more work. She will chew stuffed toys so hard rubber ones are better and she loves balls. Rosie is still very much a puppy so she will still need a firm hand and a little discipline Rosie loves children and larger dogs. Small dogs and cats are not recommended.
Rosie is spayed, current on all vaccinations, Heart worm Negative and she is micro.chipped. she is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to run outdoors and relax with you in the home. We are looking to find Rosie a wonderful forever home where she can have stability and security in her life.
We are looking for a forever home that can cherish her and give her the love and attention she needs, A family that is really stable and can give her that forever home that means forever. We dont want to ever find this girl in a shelter. Rosie is so lovable, and she is good with children. A family that will include her in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Rosie will only get better with the right interaction. Someone that is at home most of the day would be perfect for Rosie She dosent like to be apart from you for hours on end.
A home with a fenced in yard or acreage where she can run and play is essential. She would do well with another dog as a companion, she would make a great playmate. Or she would be fine as an only dog with lots of family interaction. She loves toys especially squeaky ones. With a little more training Rosie will be the perfect dog. Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make Rosie`s life complete again if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful , loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure
