Bonita had a loving home with seven other siblings in Mexico. The dear man who cared deeply for his “family” was facing an illness requiring he leave the country. The dogs went into our sanctuary there for a while, and now Bonita has traveled to Canada and is in foster care in Calgary, awaiting adoption. She is a Poodle mix, about 4 years old and weighs 10 pounds. She has been dewormed, vaccinated and spayed. We recently discovered Bonita is blind. She has now had surgery to restore 70% of her eyesight, and is recovering nicely. She is a calm and very loving dog and gets along with other dogs as well as cats. Bonita truly deserves a new devoted family to call her own.
