My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yodi is an 11 year old, 45 pound wonderful Pit bull who is a total love bug. This poor gal has really had a bad time the last 6 months. Her original human passed away and Yodi came to the shelter and was rapidly adopted in February. Now it is May and she has been returned to the shelter because her new best friend, who she loved to sleep in bed with, has suddenly died also. To say the least, Yodi is very depressed and confused. She is a very mild mannered girl who loves to ride in the car, sleep with a human and just be an easygoing older gal. Yodi likes other dogs and loves all humans. She is spayed and up on all shots and ready to get back into a compassionate forever home. The volunteers at the shelter are all on the same page with this one and we are looking for someone who can help Yodi spend the final years of her life with someone who will just love her, spoil her and comfort her. She is a mellow gal and is looking for a mellow family.
Come on down and look into her big brown eyes and give her a third chance. It is guaranteed she will give you lots of love and put a bounce in your step when you take her for a nice walk. Forgot to mention she has a darling overbite that gives her a cute smile if you rub her butt or give her a massage.
