Meet Trix (formerly known as Mind Trick). Trix is a fun, spirited and youthful 8 year old former brood mama. Trix adores her greyhound playmate and her humans. Her favorite place to be is outside and she will spend hours sunning herself and then seeking some shade. She finds all of the best places in the yard and lucky for her soon to be family she has no interest in digging. Trix is fantastic with children and very tolerant of their pokes and prods. While Trix has lived with 3 young children and another greyhound, she prefers the quiet of an adult home for her own rest and relaxation. Another greyhound or two would be welcome. Potential owners should be aware that Trix is not small dog or cat friendly as she has a keen hunting eye. She would love another fenced in backyard so that she can continue to chase the squirrels as they run along the top of the fence and into the trees. Trix has free reign of the house when humans are home and is crated when they are away. As with any greyhound, she is a counter surfer and loves plastic bags of all sorts. A mindful owner is ideal. Don't pass Trix up, she is wonderful and will make a greyt family member.
