If you would enjoy having a terrific exercise partner, a playful pooch and a loving friend, Velvet's your girl! This sleek 55 lb. (appr.) beauty has personality plus and lots of energy. Spunky Velvet loves to play. She'd do well with a person who loves to run, jog, hike, bike or rollerblade. She adores riding in cars and playing with balls. This sweetie would enjoy going on walks with you or sitting on the couch helping you read a book or watch t.v. She wags her tail a lot to show you what a happy, good-natured girl she is.
Velvet got her name from her gorgeous silky coat. It's magnificent! Her dark chocolate brown absolutely shimmers. Plus, she's got distinctive white toes and a white blaze on her chest, throat and nose. And she'll dazzle you with her shiny white teeth (she could be a toothpaste commercial model) and her cute underbite. Her soulful dark brown eyes sparkle with fun and playfulness.
This gorgeous 4 year old Staffordshire terrier is spayed and has her current shots. She's in excellent health. She loves people and has lots of affection to offer without being a licker. She'll do well in a home with older children since she's strong and can get excited when she plays. She will do best in a home as the only pet, rest-assured she has enough love to share!!! No kitties please. Velvet enjoys tummy rubs and massages all over her body. She's an active girl and will need lots of exercise. She's crate trained, house-broken, uses a doggie door, and knows how to sit. She knows the instruction "go potty." She is a smart girl and is working on a few new tricks like shake and roll over.

Velvet has been with a family but due to new life situations, little time is now available for Velvet and she loves to be around people – so we are seeking a new loving, permanent home for her!
