Initial BIO 5/17/14



Sashi is a 7-10 (we think more 7 than 10) year old, female Yorkie, weighing in at 6 pounds 12 ounces. She is being fostered in Clearwater, FL.



Sashi has the most adorable little face! She has already started charming her new foster family with those large & loving eyes. Sashi was in a home that started getting far too busy with the birth of new babies so she is trying to find a more fitting home for herself. She needed every vaccination the vet could give but was such a brave girl and only cried a little. The vet also guessed that her age could not be older than 7 because her pretty eyes are so healthy and young. Her teeth are another story. Most of her teeth are rotten and wobbly. You could never imagine the huge smell that can come from such a small mouth ...whew! She loves to give kisses but doesn't understand why Foster Mom keeps turning her nose away. Along with those nasty teeth, little Sashi was just on her puppy period and had many fleas tagging along. Poor lady has every reason to complain and still only shows her loving disposition. She wags her tiny tail, flies into your lap and rolls to show her belly for some rubs. Sashi will get spayed and her desperately needed dental in a couple of weeks, after she is safely beyond her heat cycle. We will keep you updated on her progress and personality as we get to know her better.
