About 13 weeks old, Female, very sweet kittens. Please see state law regarding adoptable area in this post. Located at the Essex County Animal Shelter in Tappahannock, VA 804-443-0726. No pull fee to 501c3 rescues. $25 adoption fee includes spay certificate to be used at the Tappahannock Veterinary Clinic at 6 months of age. Kittens and puppies under spay/neuter age are only adoptable in Essex County or a bordering county (county has to touch Essex) PER STATE LAW, NO EXCEPTIONS.
