My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bubba...190 lbs of pure gentle giant! Bubba is a very sweet and friendly dog who loves everyone he meets. He is always smiling and wagging his tail. He loves treats and takes them so gently! He walks like a gentleman on a leash and does very well off leash.

He knows how to sit and shake and is very obedient. Bubba is so big...he rarely runs but he likes a good trot or walk around the yard and enjoys his head scratched. If you sit on the ground near him he will often come and snuggle next to you. I don't think he knows he is soooo big and sometimes wants to be a lap dog!

Bubba is just such a sweet and mellow boy and does ok with female dogs his size...but he cannot live with little dogs or cats of either gender! He would probably prefer to be an only dog but if you have another large dog, we would consider a meet and greet to see how they do together! We aren't exactly sure how old Bubba is but we estimate he is an older boy...maybe 6 or 7 years old.

Bubba prefers to be in the house with the family and does not want to be an outside dog! He knows he is big but he is very good indoors!

If you are looking for a guard dog...Bubba is not your boy so please don't inquire. He is way too docile and gentle for such a job. Bubba needs a loving family and a home to call his own!
