Comments: Eloise is joy incarnate! This tiny girl just bubbles over with love and happiness every second that she’s awake. She has never met a stranger, whether person or animal, and wants to play, play, PLAY! She plays hard and loud with any foster sibling that’s up to it, and tries to play with those who aren’t. With all her youthful energy, Eloise would be a natural at agility if her family was interested in that. She just wants to be where the action is all the time, and when the action is over, she wants to be in your arms giving you kisses until she falls asleep.
