Posted 5/26/2014. Mollie’s puppies had a difficult start in life. When they were only one day old, Mollie somehow escaped from the crate where she and her pups were being kept prior to coming to Furry Friends Network. Molly desperately wanted to care for her puppies, so she tried to pull the puppies out of the crate to be with her. When the puppies arrived at their Furry Friends foster home, they had to be rushed to the vet because some of them had skin torn from bone. Fortunately two veterinarians worked hard to reattach the skin, and now the pups are healed, healthy and happy little babies with no scars from the past, now looking forward to finding devoted families to love them. Look at Mandy’s precious face. Isn’t she a beauty? With her tri-colored fur and warm, gentle eyes, Mandy is a sweetheart. She enjoys being held and will burrow down close against you. She feels so good with her tiny heart beating next to yours. Mandy has plenty of energy too. She likes to play and will chase after her littermates for a good run through the yard. Tug-of-war with toys is another favorite past-time. Whether she wins or loses, she is still a happy pup. Mandy will be ready for an adoptive home in July. She needs a family willing to dedicate their time and efforts to training and raising her, socializing her, and most of all, giving her plenty of love.
