Finnegan is just one big puppy and is enjoying life. He is a Red Bi Australian Shepherd mix. Finnegan loves to play outdoors and prefers his Kong indoors. He is just over a year old and is still learning his manners, so he would benefit from obedience training. He is a little genius when it comes to the basics, he sits, does “down”, comes when he’s called, will “wait” to eat and is crate trained.
Finnegan is awesome on a leash, and even turns left or right on command on or off leash! He is a smarty pants and will learn his obedience quickly. He would love to meet you as he enjoys people. Like some adolescent boys, Finnegan can be assertive with other dogs during play and is a bit lacking in some understanding of social signals. Finnegan is a true boy and can be quite persistent in his desire to play and may annoy less playful companions. He would do best in a home with a large docile female with a high play drive or as only dog. Finnegan likes cats but should have some monitoring while they get to know each other.
Finnegan is a little over a year old and is neutered. He is a handsome red bi (red and white) Aussie mix with medium high energy. He weighs 57 pounds and tested negative for heartworms. He also has a microchip. Finnegan is on heartworm preventative and flea and tick prevention. He is also up to date on vaccinations.
