My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Debo is a loving and affectionate Pomeranian (probably not purebred.) He was rescued as a stray by a concerned citizen. When found, he was full of fleas and ticks. He had to be groomed (clipped body.) That is why his head looks so much bigger than his body. His body hair will grow back. The person who rescued him wrote the following:
"Debo is playful, great with other dogs, gets along with cats, is housebroken, crate trained, rides in a car well, and acclimates to different situations quickly (I took him on a boat and he was fine.) He is good with children, will be a good family dog, but probably won't make a wonderful dog for a young child. He tends to be more fond of adults. He likes to explore and check out his territory, but always comes back--so keep him on a lead to begin with. He is very loving and affectionate.

To find out more about Debo, call his foster home at (828) 293-5629 or e-mail jean@a-r-f.org.
ARF foster animals are on display at our adoption site on Saturdays from 1-3 in Sylva also.
(50 Railroad Avenue.

For his $125 adoption fee, Debo is neutered, up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, and on heartworm prevention. Debo has been wormed, groomed, and flea treated.
