My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lola was from Jefferson Parish Animal Shelter in May 2013. She had pain all of a sudden. She had neck surgery at South Paws Veterinary Specialists but was still having issues after that. (I"ll get more specific details from South Paws as I forget). She went to Mississippi State University vet program. They discovered she had a cracked vertebrae. She wore a neck brace and was put on crate rest. She's all healed now. You can tell she doesn't have full range of motion in her neck but it doesn't slow her down. She loves going on walks. She really wants to play with the dogs so she's kept separate to prevent any further injuries. She needs a quiet home to live out the rest of her life. She's super sweet and loves to cuddle and give kisses. She recently had a dental. She's spayed, heartworm negative and microchipped. She's up to date on shots, heartworm prevention and flea prevention. She had exams and negative fecal. She's 6 lbs. Lola's adoption fee is $100.
