My story

Harvey, a 1 year old red & white, 57 lb male Australian Shepherd mix says "Take me to my Leader!" Harvey is a bit unsure of himself and needs a strong but loving leader to give him the security and direction he needs. He would be happiest as part of an active family with his own place in their hearts and home. He is current on all shots but rabies and will need to be neutered before he can join his new "pack". A secure fenced yard where he could run and play fetch with the ball, a game he adores, is one of his dreams. He gets along well with female dogs but, due to his insecurity, other male dogs make him take an aggressive stance if his master's demeanor doesn't make him feel safe. Harvey craves affection, responds well to correction and is an intelligent boy who wants to please. This boy is truly a diamond in the rrrruffff who, with a little affectionate polishing, can become your faithful forever friend.
