My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cowboy was rescued ealier this year from a shelter with a broken jaw (human inflicted) and a lack of trust for humans. He has come quite a long way since then. We have had several surgeries on his mouth in which we had to extract some broken teeth. That was the easy part, teaching him to trust again was a bit harder. His awesome foster parents gave him lots of love and time and his rescue Lucky Penny Rox Rescue hired a trainer/behaviorist to work with him. It has been over 6 months now and we are proud to say he is rehabiltated body and mind. He went from a nervous guy to a very loving clown. Cowboy is now looking for his forever home. He needs a home that can give him love and understand his past. We feel he needs a home with older kids and someone who has experience with dogs before. An adopter that has a steady routine life and not alot of traffic in their home. Once he gets to know people he is the sweetest boy and just a all around love bug, He has had a horrible past and he's only 1 yr old. He loves playing with other dogs and his cats , he is very gentle with all animals. He's active and goofy and a great companion if you are interested please contact us.
