My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sooner is a great, older hound who loves to snuggle and go for walks!

Anyone who knows Sooner knows how sweet, gentle, funny, food-crazy, and cuddly he is, and anyone would be lucky to have him. Sooner is a low-maintenance, senior dog looking for a couch buddy and would be happy in a home with a smaller, relaxed dog (he does like to play with other dogs!). He enjoys walking around, sitting in the sun, and meeting new people. He's also good with kids and does well with relaxed cats and has even lived with chickens! Sooner has no problem making himself right at home in new places. Sooner is crate- and house-trained, Canine Good Citizen ready (he needs to brush up after having been adopted), and very well-behaved in the home. He also has the cutest beagle bay that he uses to sing along with my dogs at home. Sooner is 8 years old and 50lbs.
