My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Truman is a young, ten pound fellow who almost wasn't. Had it not been for a compassionate Good Samaritan who took the time and effort to stop on the highway to pick up this tiny, pathetic, dirty, starving little guy, there would have been no Truman. And what a loss that would have been! The first week at the shelter was scary. His system had started to shut down, and he couldn't eat, but he would drink broth, and, with lots of tlc, each day showed improvement. He has become a gentle, playful, affectionate dog with no permanent health problems. He passed his health check with flying colors, and he loves everyone, human or canine. He loves to play, loves to take walks, loves to snuggle… you get the picture. He just loves life, and it would truly be a fortunate family who took him into their hearts and home.
