My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dixie is a wonderful, beautiful, fawn colored Chihuahua. She has adorable big ears that amazingly somehow stand up. Dixie is an alert, sensitive, active, young adult gal who was purchased to be a breeder. In fact, she was just a puppy herself when she had a litter of pups. Thankfully she was “too big” (weighed about 15 pounds), so she was relinquished and brought to the TLC. Initially very shy, she has developed into a happy, healthy gal who loves everyone, canine and human. She is very interested in food, and is a bit overweight, but we are working on that problem! She loves to play, take walks, and snuggle. She would make a great companion for someone with time to spend with her!
