Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi There, My name is Bandit and no I am not a thief; I don't know how I got my name, I came to rescue with my name, you could change it if you want if you adopt me. My previous family adopted me from an animal control and returned me a year later (u can ask for more details). My foster believes I was treated very well and truly loved. I do have anxiety when I am in a fenced yard, but I have gotten better. I will not do well when left in a yard by myself, I want you there with me. It seems I have not had dogs to play with because I am just now learning how to play and socialize with other dogs. I am around 3 years old and I am a wonderful, loving dog. I can be a little hyper-active, but if you love to play, run or jog then I am your best friend. I would make a great hiking buddy or I could be an agility star. My energy needs to be channeled so I will do best with people who are very active and will do lots of activities with me. I would make a great dog for someone with PTSD. I know how to sit and down and I will even roll over on my back and let you scratch my tummy. I am very smart and learn quickly. I really want my own forever home so call or text 214-668-5794 or email dfwcollierescue@gmail.com to start the process to adopt me. I am neutered, current on shots, on heartworm preventive and microchipped. I am a good rider, and crate trained. My previous owner said I "had been house trained", I guess that means at one time I was in the house a lot. An application is required and your references will be checked and a home visit done before you are approved to adopt me. An adoption fee and microchip registration fee is also required. I hope to see you REAL SOON! Bye for now, Bandit
