Sadie came into our rescue program when we found her on the ready to euthanize list at a shelter. She literally had 3 hours of life left when we found a volunteer to pull her.

Sadie is a good girl with perhaps a bit more of a terrier temperament. She loves to grab at your pants legs and sometimes tries to hang one. She is quiet, housetrained and crate trained. She loves going on walks but her present foster mom is elderly and arthritic so going for a walk is out, but Sadie is lead trained.

Sadie is approximately 3 years old, weighs 15 lbs., spayed and up to date on shots and she is on HW preventative. She is shy around strangers but when she knows you she is very friendly and loving. We would not recommend her with babies or children. She will do well as a single dog in a quiet home. She is always next to her person and will make someone a wonderful companion.

Sadie is located in Houston, TX.

Keep in mind that we prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to fly in to get the dog and that can only happen if the dog is stable enough to travel in the cabin with the passenger.
