Meet Little Finn!
He is a tiny little man who is still learning all the social graces of being a good canine citizen!
It took him some time to recover after his 5 day stay at a gas kill pound in Quebec. We were starting to get a little concerned and just like that 3 days after coming out of the pound he did a complete 180° and started to feel so much better!
When he was rescued he was completely covered in fleas!! It was absolutely horrible. He went straight from the pound to Animal 911 vet where they treated him immediately for the fleas and deworming. He was wayyyy too skinny for vaccinations so we had to wait a week until he recovered and bounced back before administering base vaccinations and rabies.
Finn can be quite the little vocal dude when he wants something so we would not suggest any apartments for him because odds are he will get you into trouble!
Finn is very interested in kitty cats, so if you have dog savvy kitties you won’t have a problem, he really just wants to play with the kitties. So if you cat is a nervous kitty Finn would probably be too much for them but if you have a kool kitty Finn will be just fine!
Finn is currently crated when left alone and the house training is coming right along but you will have to keep working at this with him
He is a typical Love Bug! He wants attention, pets and love. He wants to be with you doing whatever you are doing always! He will snuggle on your lap when you read, he will help you dig holes in your garden and he will ready to go for a walk with you any time (after his paws heal … they were clipped extremely short and he can only be limited to grass for now until they heal so no pavement walking for at least a few weeks!!)
