Meet Rex, who's a lab, maybe lab mix. He arrived at the Shelter on August 19 wearing a blue collar. His owners haven't claimed him, so he's available for adoption and someone is going to be SO LUCKY 'cuz Rex is a great pup! He's a bit confused right now, as most dogs are when they first show up.
