My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dory came into rescue with our Ontario friends Bullies in Need as a broken little puppy. They arranged the surgery she needed and waited for her forever home to come knocking. Sadly Dory has been in foster care now for almost 2 YEARS and her devoted caregivers asked Sit Pretty Pit for help.

Dory is truly a sweet soul that is full of love. She is playful and energetic and thrives in an active household where she can get in plenty of walks, runs and hikes. Dory can get over excited meeting new dog friends and does best when reminded of her doggy manners. She loves to wrestle and play rough and would get along just fine with a house mate - the bigger the better! Dory loves being apart of the family and has lived with small kids, cats and dogs. She also gets along with horse friends!

Dory is house trained but, since her surgery, does require a low cost daily medication to help her hold her bladder. While in foster care Dory has made an excellent office greeter and goes to work with her foster family.
