My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I’m Cisco - a mature purebred yellow labrador retriever who, through no fault of my own, found myself in need of a rescue. Thankfully, Home at Last found me a loving foster home and I’ve been crashing with them until I meet my perfect forever home, where I look forward to spending my senior years enjoying life to the fullest.
My foster parents say I’m a social butterfly and eager to please - I love being around my people and meeting new folks too! I’ve been to a few events where I’ve been on my best behaviour with crowds of people and other animals.
A few of my favourite things include my toys (especially a little hedgehog toy that I’ve had since I was a puppy and love to trot around proudly with), car rides (I love going on adventures and am a very calm and quiet co-pilot. You can take me anywhere!), my morning walk and laying at my people’s feet/end of their bed.
I’m told I’m a wonderful balance of calm and fun-loving - as a senior, I’m already house-trained, obedient and don’t require a ton of exercise. Yet, my foster parents get a good laugh from my youthful qualities too, amounting to the best of both worlds!
I’m not asking for much - just a home to call my own where I will be loved and can be a part of my guardian(s) life. In return, I promise lots of kisses, cuddles and a companion who will remind you daily how wonderful and rewarding it is to open your home and heart to a senior dog in need.
