My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Road Runner was abandoned in a rural area, along with his sister Jessica. A rescuer, who had noticed them out in a field, soon learned that a group of coyotes had recently moved into the area and were killing local cats. She figured these guys were WAY too cute to become coyote food, and managed to catch them and bring them into foster care. Turns out they are already very friendly, so someone must have paid attention to them in the past. They have had their vet visits and are estimated to be 5 months old. They checked out healthy and are now ready to find their forever homes!

"Road Runner" (because he escaped the coyotes, of course) is an absolutely STUNNING silver and black tabby with vivid, high-contrast markings. He's quite good-sized for 5 months of age, and should be expected to grow to a fairly large adult cat. He has an affectionate, outgoing temperament, loves to be held and petted. Of course, being kittens, these guys have plenty of energy, and are great fun to watch as they chase toys (and each others' tails)! They generally curl up together at naptime.

Road Runner and Jessica are a strongly bonded pair, and are looking for a new home where they can stay together forever. If you already have another cat, or even a cat-friendly dog, they could certainly learn to get along with a compatible animal if properly introduced. (If you haven't introduced new animals to each other before, we can suggest some tips on how to accomplish this!)

These adorable kittens have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, and tested FIV/FELV negative. They have been great at learning to use the litterbox!
