Please meet Jake! Jake is a very handsome male Black Mouth Cur, possible Shepherd mix. He is neutered, updated on shots and fully vetted. His vet records will be given to his new owner. Jake weighs approx. 40-45 pounds and he is approx. 2 years old. This pup is all personality, love and pure joy!! He has an award-winning personality and he is the total package of beauty, brains and charm! Jake is extremely social and friendly, very affectionate, and he is beaming with lots of love to share! Jake lights up when he's given attention, and he truly enjoys social interactions, both with people and with other dogs. He even tested well around cats. He was curious around them, but not aggressive. Jake is super friendly, outgoing and a "social butterfly." He will greet everyone he sees with a happy tail wag and a lick hello! As you can see from his pictures, Jake has an adorably long tongue, which makes his silly smile even cuter, and his kisses even sweeter! Jake is very happy when he's playing outside, chasing after a tennis ball, or going for a walk with his family. Jake enjoys the outdoors which would make him a great buddy for neighborhood walks or playing in the backyard. Jake's personality is one-of-a-kind. He is so loving and affectionate, but also very loyal and family-oriented. He bonds quickly with his caretakers and he loves keeping his people company. This combination makes for a wonderful family dog! Jake would be a great companion for adventures, great or small, and when it's time to settle down after a fun day of adventures, make room for the cutest cuddle buddy! Jake is an all-around fantastic pup and anyone who adopts him is going to be extremely lucky! He will bring so much joy and happiness to his new family. Just like with all dogs in a new home environment, Jake will need some training from his future family, but he is very smart and willing to learn.
