My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar is about 90% or more Dachshund but we can tell there is just a tad bit of something else in him. Anyone seeing him will think he is purebred. He is a big boy, standard size, so not a little lap dog. He is gentle and loving and has not been a big barker. He uses the doggy door faithfully. Oscar gets along with a variety of other rescue dogs without any problems. Just a very gentle guy that will make someone a wonderful companion. Oscar is 7 yrs. old but Dachshunds commonly live to age 16 and older. He is barely middle aged.
