Siam's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and not good with dogs.

Siam's Story...
Available for adoption a male Chocolate Point Siamese. He is neutered, tested negative for FIV/Leuk, microchipped, up-to-date on shots, approximately 4 years old, clean and healthy. Siam is a very sweet, affectionate and well behaved boy. It appears he does not care for dogs at all, cats he's still thinking about but he LOVES people! He was found as a stray, possibly left by someone in an area where they knew he would be found and taken in, and unclaimed. He's obviously an indoor only cat and very happy to be safe inside again and should remain so. Adoption application and nominal adoption fee required. Siam is with PurringPals Rescue in Newark, De, a 501c3 rescue. www.purringpals.org Please contact us if you may be interested in meeting and possibly adopting this handsome fella!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Siam, a Newark Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Newark, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
