All About Me: Maybelle was picked up as a stray and was scheduled to be euthanzied when she was rescued. She is a 5 year old Boston Terrier mix that has been used for breeding for most of her life. She has a sweet personality and loves people. She has met the other foster dogs but not the cats yet.

She will need someone willing to work with her on her housetraining as we think she was kept outside most of her life. She loves the soft blankets and curling up on the couch to catch a nap.

She will see the vet on 9/10/09 for her work up.

All known information about our dogs is listed under notes. We do not know how big a puppy will grow to be in adulthood. Please research the particular breed to see if this pet may be a good choice as a new member of your family.

Your first step in adopting a new family member is to fill out the free online adoption application. The adoption form must be filled out completely with phone numbers and a vet reference before it will be processed. Your application will not be processed without this information.

We sometimes receive many applications on one dog. Our goal is to place the dog in the best home possible based on his/her needs, personality and past history. Please note that adoptions are NOT done on a first come, first serve basis, and filling out an application does not guarantee the adoption of any dog. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for inaccurate or false information. We are looking for the best possible home for this animal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
