My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Date Animal Rescued: April 29, 2011

Date Adopted:

Adoption Donation: $150.00

All About Me: Pooh Bear is the sweetest boy. He only wants to follow his foster mom around the house and be at her side at all times. He gets along great with the other dogs and the cats.

Pooh was rescued from a local animal shelter where he would of been euthanized if we had not of taken him into rescue. He had a terrible cough and the vet's determined that he had some heart disease that required 2 medications, Lasix and Enalapril to be taken twice a day. Since he has started his medications he cough has gone away!

General Information Weight: 12 lbs Housetrained: Yes Special Needs: Lasix and Enalapril twice a day.

All known information about our dogs is listed under notes. We do not know how big a puppy will grow to be in adulthood. Please research the particular breed to see if this pet may be a good choice as a new member of your family.

Your first step in adopting a new family member is to fill out the free online adoption application. The adoption form must be filled out completely with phone numbers and a vet reference before it will be processed. Your application will not be processed without this information.

We sometimes receive many applications on one dog. Our goal is to place the dog in the best home possible based on his/her needs, personality and past history. Please note that adoptions are NOT done on a first come, first serve basis, and filling out an application does not guarantee the adoption of any dog. We reserve the right to refuse any applicant for inaccurate or false information. We are looking for the best possible home for this animal. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
