Penny was found after her owners abandoned and left her on the street. A young lady knew she needed help and took her in. However, at risk of losing her home if she kept her, she came to FTLOA to have assistance in finding the right home! Penny had a sister and luckily she has been adopted, but now we need to find Penny her perfect home too! Penny is heartworm positive.
