Lilith is an extremely special girl. We agreed to help another rescue when they were full, and we’re so very glad we did. Lilith has been with us six months, and she’s been fully released from her eye surgeon and is ready to start the search for her very own forever home.
A bit of background on sweet Lilith: Her owner had to go into an assisted living center, and when her owner’s children dropped her off at the shelter they didn’t even bother to leave her name. She came into rescue with a terrible skin condition, infected eyes, a hernia that needed to be repaired, and cataracts that stole most of her vision.
Because of CorgiAid, Inc. and a very kind donor, Lilith’s skin is cleared up, the hernia was repaired, the cataracts were removed and she can now see the world that she loves to be in and the faces of all of us that love her so much. Lilith is a charming gal, 8-9 years old, fully vetted, house trained, lovable and happy beyond imagine. You'll be wrapped around her little precious paws in no time. She loves to go for walks and throw herself in the grass for a frapping roll. She bounces on her little feet and grins from ear to ear.
Lilith is ready for a very special home. She will need to continue to see a veterinary ophthalmologist one to two times per year, and will need to remain on eye drops for the rest of her life.
