Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dexter is a tiny little guy with a big, fun-loving personality and even bigger ears. I bet if you are talking about him right now, he can hear you. He is a Miniature Pincher and Chihuahua mix and just a mere 10 pounds. He is still a young guy at about 11 months old, but we don’t think he will get much bigger, if at all.
This little man gets along well with all of the dogs that he’s met so far since his rescue and he likes the cats too. He’s very friendly with all of our rescue volunteers and the staff at the boarding facility. He’s just a super little guy and will fit into any family with ease.
Dexter was picked up with another pup in a rough area of Houston, but those days are all over for him. He’s being well taken care of now and he is ready to find his forever family. He is learning his potty manners, crate training and leash walking with us now, but he needs a family that is willing to help him continue training in these areas because he hasn’t perfected them yet. He is still just a puppy and has puppy energy and spunk. He’s a sweet and adorable little pup with loads of love to share.
He’s been neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Dexter’s available for adoption in Houston or out of state. If adopted locally, his adoption fee is $250 and if adopted outside of Houston, his adoption fee is $450, which includes his airline flight, travel crate, kennel bed and required health documents to travel.
