Meet Puma the Neo. Puma was an owner surrender. Her family loved her, so please understand that there has been no abuse. Puma is a people friendly girl, though she'd do best in a home with older children or adults. She's a cuddler. Puma knows her basic commands and walks well on a leash. She likes to dominate other dogs - typical Neo - so very slow introductions would be required or a life as an only dog would be ideal. She is fine with cats and other critters.
